🚧 WIP - NO MERGE 🚧

Prep for pending library version 1.13.4. Merge and publish when library version is bumped upstream via openai#1200.

Docs currently live at https://mmacy.github.io/openai-python/next/.

Deploy locally (no --push):

mike deploy --message "doc pub vNext (1.13.4)" --title "Next (1.13.4)" next

Publish live (with --push) after merging this to docs branch:

mike deploy --message "doc pub Latest (1.13.4)" --title "Latest (1.13.4)" --push 1.13 latest
mike retitle 1.13 "Latest (1.13.4)"
